A registration card will be given to you on the day, to complete before you set out. You can either be sponsored - and get your friends and family to give support - or pay a £5 entry fee on the day, age 6 - 12 £3 and 0 - 5 years free.

A special Sponsor Form can be downloaded from the link below for you to complete if you are being sponsored. When you have completed the walk ask the official on the field to stamp your form and then collect your money and send the total as soon as possible (not later than the end of July) to Julie Ogden, Home Close, Horton-cum-Studley, Oxford. OX331AW. (Tel: 01865-351421). Groups should send in the total amount through the leader named on the registration card. Cheques should be made payable to 'The Otmoor Challenge Association'. All entries will be taken on the day.

20% will be deducted from your total sponsorship money if it totals £30 or more. If less than £30, £5 will be deducted. These deductions contribute to the costs of the event and local charities.

If you wish to present a cheque personally to your chosen charity please inform Julie Ogden when sending in your money and a cheque will be sent to you.

If you are to make up a group to walk together, feel free to print the required number of copies of the Sponsorship Form. If your organisation is collecting money centrally for sending to the Otmoor Challenge Association, please ensure that the name of your group organiser appears on your registration card.

Runners

May pre enter up to 30th. May 2008 at a cost of £8.00.
Entry on the day is available at a cost of £10.00.

All runners must be over 16 years of age and must register with the officials on the day. Conditions of entry will apply and all rules accepted.

Sponsorship

Sponsorship of £45.00 or more in lieu of entry fees is acceptable, from which 20% will be deducted for event costs and local charities.
